Student Time Table Concerns

STUDENT TIMETABLE CONCERNS

SCHEDULE FOR TIMETABLE CHANGES - SEM. 1   2019 – 2020

 

1.   PREREQUISITE PROBLEMS or LEVEL CHANGES or REPEAT COURSES

 

Teachers will survey their classes on:

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 4TH

TEACHERS will record any NECESSARY changes on a form that will be submitted to Guidance. 

Students will be called to Guidance to complete changes on:

THURSDAY, SEPT. 5TH and FRIDAY, SEPT. 6TH

 

2.   REGULAR TIMETABLE CHANGES

 

All other timetable changes will ONLY be done starting on:

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH (by appointment slip only)

 

Students can book an appointment for these changes in the Guidance Office on:

THURSDAY, SEPT. 5TH or FRIDAY, SEPT. 6TH (last day)

(Appointments can only be made: before school, during lunch, or after school)

 

Last day to change levels or apply for a study period (min. 24 credits required):

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31ST  

 

 

3.   BLANKS IN YOUR TIMETABLE  

 

Report to Guidance during your blank period

 

 

4.   NEW STUDENTS OR STUDENTS WITH NO TIMETABLE

 

Report to the Main Office to determine if you have any outstanding school materials OR to the Guidance Office to book an appointment to register.
