Commencement Update

Good Afternoon Families.  

Commencement

We wanted to provide you with some additional information about our commencement ceremony for June 29 2021 to help with preparations.  The graduate and up to three (3) family members may participate at one time (either by car or walking).  The drive thru will begin at the west entrance off Bayly Street.  Families will continue to the back of the building following each of the checkpoints to receive their diploma package and finally to have the opportunity to take a professional photograph at the end of the route before exiting the property.  Times to participate are organized in 45-minute windows beginning at 10:00 am and ending at 4:00 pm.  Students should attend during the time slot outlined below based on their last name. 

Chromebooks

In addition, Grade 12 students must drop off all school related materials and technologies prior to graduation day.  A schedule has been organized for June 23 to 25 between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm to receive items back and pick up cap and gowns accordingly.  The schedule is based on students last name and can be found in the table below.  Items can be returned at the school using the south east entrance of the science wing.  It is important that student adhere to all health and safety guidelines that were in place during the school year.
